F&B Supervisor

Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
Knowledge of bar and food service, including conference and events
Ability to deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
Pro active approach to time management - an ability to prioritise tasks front of house and in the office
Due to the nature of this role, the ability to deal with a variety of tasks at the one time will be required, ensuring that all tasks are completed to meet deadlines
Authorisation to work in the UK

<br>Previous experience at supervisory level in a hotel/similar environment
<br>Previous experience of bar & food service
<br>Experience of Conference & Events operations is advantageous
<br>Previous experience of duty management is advantageous, although training will be provided
<br>Excellent communication skills both oral and written
<br>High standard of personal presentation
<br>High standard of customer care 
<br>Ability to deliver training to improve procedures and enhance customer service standards
<br>Ability to resolve issues and ensure they are dealt with in a timely manner
<br>Experience of Micros point of sale and system administration is advantageous
<br>Experience of health & safety, risk assessments, COSHH and PPE training is advantageous
<br>Personal liquor license holder and food hygiene certificate holder 
<br>Eligible to work in the UK with the ability to work 5 out of 7 shifts on a rota basis, including early mornings, evenings and weekends 
<br>Flexibility is required to meet business needs and hours of work will also be dependant on this

Hours: Various hours per week - Hours of work will be based on business needs. Shifts will be 5 days out of 7, including early mornings, evenings and weekends, including preparation and service of breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts

Hours: 39+ hours per week - 5 out of 7 days including evening and weekend work 

Salary/Hourly rate: £7.50 per hour
