Duty Manager - Food and Beverage

Reference: HTH/ASST/F&B/MGR

Previous experience at supervisory/management level in a hotel/similar environment
Supervisory experience of bar & food service
Duty management experience
Ability to manage people
Ability to cover a variety of shifts, working 5 days out of 7 including breakfast, lunch and dinner as rostered
Authorisation to work in the UK
Ability to assist with training of the food & beverage team to ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered consistently

<br>Previous experience at supervisory level in a hotel/similar environment
<br>Previous experience of bar & food service
<br>Experience of Conference & Events operations is advantageous
<br>Previous experience of duty management is advantageous, although training will be provided
<br>Excellent communication skills both oral and written
<br>High standard of personal presentation
<br>High standard of customer care 
<br>Ability to deliver training to improve procedures and enhance customer service standards
<br>Ability to resolve issues and ensure they are dealt with in a timely manner
<br>Experience of Micros point of sale and system administration is advantageous
<br>Experience of health & safety, risk assessments, COSHH and PPE training is advantageous
<br>Personal liquor license holder and food hygiene certificate holder 
<br>Eligible to work in the UK with the ability to work 5 out of 7 shifts on a rota basis, including early mornings, evenings and weekends 
<br>Flexibility is required to meet business needs and hours of work will also be dependant on this

Hours: Various hours per week - Hours of work will be based on business needs. Shifts will be 5 days out of 7, including early mornings, evenings and weekends, including preparation and service of breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts

Hours: 40+ hours per week - 5 out of 7 days including evening and weekend work

Salary/Hourly rate: £7.50 per hour
